Responsibilities

Write, update, and maintain technical documentation for internal use by software engineers.

Complete, accurate, and well-maintained documentation for end user, functional consumers of our products.

Write release notes for end of sprint delivery, to allow for clear and accurate communication for broad use of features, functionality, bug remediation, and tracking information delivered by technology teams per sprint.

Create visuals and diagrams of system flows, architecture components and more to allow for complete and accurate internal use by the engineering team.

Work closely with software developers, product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information, clarify technical details, and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Adapt complex technical content for diverse audiences, ensuring documentation is accessible and user-friendly for both technical and non-technical users.

Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing and documentation, applying this knowledge to improve documentation processes.

Collect and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance documentation quality and relevance.
