Responsibilities

Gain deep understanding of Trinity Cyber products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content that contains a consistent voice.

Write comprehendible content that meets the needs of target cyber security audiences, turning data summaries and insights into compelling, impactful stories.

Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments and subject-matter experts to understand each project requirements

Research, create, and maintain information templates that support organizational and legal standards.

Produce graphics and visual content for customer-facing documents.

Develop and document writing standards and style guide for technical employees to reference.

Establish the electronic file structure, archive, and back-up capability and procedures for all documentation and materials on the team’s storage system.

Required

An experienced and professional individual who has the ability to conduct research, assimilate highly technical information, and produce written documentation that contains clear and concise language that explains complex data to various audiences with different levels of technical understanding.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, computer networking, and network security activities.

Excellent English language, grammar, and spelling skills for writing, editing, and proofreading with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and with an expert level of ability with Powerpoint and other presentation software.

4-year degree in a related field (e.g. English, Journalism, Business Writing, etc.) and 3 or more years of relevant experience as a writer/editor supporting a technical field, preferably in cybersecurity or information technology, or an equivalent amount of education and experience.
