Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-facing documentation for WISE applications.
Create training materials to support schools and districts.
Ensure clarity and accessibility of technical content.
Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Disseminate critical information effectively to customers.
Collaborate with the Business Solutions Team to monitor and perform data cleansing on county-wide technology expenses.
Assist in re-engineering processes for technology expense management, tracking, and reporting.
Support technology budgeting, including purchases, renewals, and operating costs.
Assist Business Development Analysts with procurement processes, from quotes to payment completion.
Work within the county financial system and coordinate with the Central Business Office.
Organize and develop processes for IT contract management, including software renewals, tracking, and reporting.
Assist with the preparation and execution of contracts.
Leverage new or existing tools to manage contractual data for accuracy.
Prepare policies and procedures documentation to support team staff.

Required
Experience in technical writing or related field.
Ability to create and maintain user-facing documentation.
Experience in developing training materials.
