Responsibilities
Review and edit complex written and graphic technical materials, including system architecture designs, user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation plans, and troubleshooting guides, for an enterprise cloud IT environment
Work closely with cloud engineers, system architects, and stakeholders to gather technical information and ensure accuracy in documentation
Ensure documentation aligns with organizational and industry standards, including government compliance requirements where applicable
Review, edit, and improve existing documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
Develop a structured approach to organizing and presenting technical information to meet user needs
Identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
Support program management team and daily operations
Attend meetings and record minutes

Required
At least 5 years of relevant experience creating technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and how-to guides, for IT-environments, preferably in cloud engineering
Exceptional ability to produce clear, concise, and well-organized documentation tailored to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Proficient in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Visio
Must possess current IAT II or higher security certification in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M
Preferred
Experience working with Navy customers
