Responsibilities
Conduct an initial content audit and develop a comprehensive discovery plan.
Write and deliver approximately 4-8 FAQ articles per week, focusing on complex topics related to identity verification and platform integration.
Collaborate directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and clarify technical details.
Iterate on documentation based on feedback and client review, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Maintain consistent communication with the client team via Slack and video calls, providing updates and addressing any roadblocks.

Required
4+ years of software development or similar experience after university.
Excellent communicator who can interact directly with clients, clarify needs, and explain technical concepts.
Consultative approach to identify and solve client problems, aligning solutions with their goals.
Ability to build deep understanding of your work over time and to explain that to others.
Adaptable to a startup’s fast pace and growth, ready to take on evolving challenges.
Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely within established cadences.
Preferred
Experience in consulting, management, entrepreneurship, sales, or similar roles which require getting buy-in from clients / customers.
Experience building AI models.
Open communication style and a good fit for collaborative team dynamics.
Ability to handle iterative feedback cycles and improve content quality quickly.
