Responsibilities
Experienced Project manager with ability to navigate multi-stakeholder/vendor environment and project management using JIRA, running scrum meetings, creating the project charters and ensure timeline are met.
Prior experience in managing, providing inputs, alignment of KPI definitions/ calculations, having understanding of KPIs, etc. for Pharma Commercial Data associated with Sales and Marketing Business : Prior Pharma commercial data experience is a must, data sets like IQVIA LAAD, DDD, APLD, Co-pay Card, SPP, EDI867, Veeva CRM, etc….
Experience with requirement gathering and managing data integrations projects, ETL workflows and BI dashboard implementation projects preferably using Micro Strategy as the reporting tool
Experience in managing SIT/ UAT (e.g. drafting and executing on comprehensive scripts) - with a strong focus on ensuring data quality
Ability to navigate Snowflake and basic SQL skills to run queries and extract the data sets for validations and support the SIT/UAT processes
Ability to interact with the Legal and compliance teams as well, based on LS legal implications with privacy and PII acts
Manage UAT processes - support/coordinate 'comparative' data pulls to do support UAT testing
Good project documentation skills etc. writing articles, building data dictionaries, requirements, content creation for trainings, data interface requirements, is a must skill, etc.
Excellent business communication skills, ability to manage change and presentation skills for the leadership community
