Responsibilities

Oversee technology deployment projects within the brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Provide comprehensive documentation and clear instructions for field deployment teams.

Develop and utilize tools and processes to manage deployment activities and schedules effectively.

Collaborate and communicate consistently with stakeholders, including franchisees, vendors, and internal leadership.

Supervise day-to-day activities of technology vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.

Plan, coordinate, schedule, and track deployment timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Proactively identify and communicate schedule changes, risks, roadblocks, and solutions to key stakeholders in a timely manner.

Manage deployment projects by coordinating internal resources to ensure timely ordering and arrival of hardware equipment, adapting to changing timelines as needed.

Prepare and deliver project summaries, requirements documentation, status reports, and other related materials.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

2-4 years of project management or project coordination experience

Excellent oral and written English communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills as needed

Works effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

Basic knowledge of business system/process analysis and implementation

Proficiency with analysis tools such as Visio (process flow diagrams) and project management software (Microsoft O365 or equivalent)

Preferred

Experience within the restaurant or retail industries

Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
