Responsibilities
Configure software as part of the 13-week implementation process.
Transform and map customer healthcare data into our software.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure successful implementations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the implementation process to ensure satisfaction.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of database experience (SQL required; MS Access and/or Oracle is a plus)
Experience working in a client-facing role
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare data is preferred but not required
