Responsibilities

Data Management: Regularly update and maintain Salesforce records, including donor information, program data, and campaign details. Perform data uploads and imports accurately. (15%)

Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues reported by team members promptly. Collaborate with the Salesforce team to address technical challenges effectively (25%)

Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning the Salesforce nonprofit model, attending training sessions, and staying updated on new features and best practices. (35%)

Support Ceremonies: Contribute to the successful execution of Salesforce-related ceremonies and meetings, assisting in presentations, data analysis, and documentation. (25%)

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Basic understanding of Salesforce or willingness to learn quickly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Strong analytical skills to assess and improve data quality.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate data management and user access control.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, especially Salesforce.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

A genuine interest in the nonprofit sector and the mission of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of America is a plus.
