Responsibilities
Pro-active hands-on lead to own the process, identify production issues / pain points, recommend solutions for business enablement to keep the AEM Infrastructure operating at peak efficiency.
Manage multiple teams of developers with different objectives and timelines by providing oversight of technical architecture of multiple solutions fitting client's industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needs.
Work with Architects and other Leads to ensure solutions optimally utilizes Adobe tools and supports clients use cases, strategy and industry standards.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery / project management of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives such as: Authoring, Publishing and Dispatcher in addition to code reviews and production strategy.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Lead cross-functional project core teams to on-time development, while maintaining or exceeding quality standards and estimated cost projections.
Manage program resources, identify and track action items and assign tasks to appropriate team members utilizing best practices.
Break down Customer strategies into phased road-maps according to customer priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies.
Align road-map phases to executable use cases.
Make recommendations on tools, services, offerings, etc. to client for additional engagements for Credera and the Adobe Practice.
Participate in QBRs, present findings and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from various units for a unified Infrastructure strategy.
Review project milestones to pre-emptively identify issues and address before negative impacts to the project deliverables.

Required
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred or equivalent work experience
5+ years of progressive experience in Adobe Experience Manager and understanding of the Adobe Product line and integration points in designing solutions for Adobe Marketing Cloud, Analytics, Campaign...etc.
2+ years of experience in project management / delivery / client engagement
Digital Marketing understanding of AEM / CMS can support marketing strategies, SEO and such...etc.
Strong stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, status updates and managing expectations
Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, CSS, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting
Excellent project management and resource management experience
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly, know when to rely on internal resources, and know when you need to assist personally
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Familiar with deployment processes including Maven, Jenkins and cloud services such as Adobe Managed Services or AWS
Experience managing on-shore, off-shore and client teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work within the US or Canada without limitations
Ability to work East Coast hours. (Required)
Preferred
Experience working in a consultancy firm. (highly desired)
