Responsibilities

Lead and manage multi-stream engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple platforms.

Mentor and coach 5-8 engineering leaders, technical architects, and engineers, fostering growth and performance improvements.

Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver business outcomes.

Guide the strategic technical direction of programs, including structuring codebases, optimizing site performance, and improving overall system design.

Navigate and resolve conflicts within teams and with stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with company standards.

Contribute to department-wide initiatives and help shape the engineering culture, processes, and best practices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, presenting technical content and project updates effectively.

Identify growth opportunities for team members and create a continuous learning environment to enhance team engagement and retention.
