Responsibilities
Assist customers’ management of multiple innovation and implementation initiatives and operations at both the strategic and tactical level. Provide tools and methods to aid customers’ decision making, management, and action planning. Facilitate alignment with Government initiatives.
Lead team members in their performance of Government and CACI support and services. Supervise, hire, onboard, train, monitor/assess work performance, and mentor employees and subcontractors. Ensure quality delivery of support/services and set objectives for your team’s achievement of operational results. Oversee staffing accountability and adherence to policies, processes, practices, and procedures.
Plan, facilitate, and lead customer and CACI meetings, presentations, briefings, strategic planning sessions, etc. in support of contract activities. This includes pre- and post-administrative support/coordination.
Represent the Program Manager (PM) and fill in as needed in the PM’s absence. In collaboration with the PM: ensure team operations are aligned to CACI requirements, initiatives, processes, and culture; support the PM in cultivating emerging CACI business growth opportunities and potentially lead personnel in that new work.
As a working Lead, you may directly support funded taskings in an individual contributor capacity.
Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.

Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DOD Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Information Technology field and a minimum 7 years of applicable experience, to include a minimum 3 years of experience developing SharePoint solutions. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with a minimum 10 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.
Minimum 3 years of experience supervising employees/managing teams. Completion of management and/or leadership courses or training.
Strong project management and facilitation skills with proficiency in the organization and presentation of information in a concise and coherent manner. Experience facilitating meetings attended by senior leadership.
Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.
Preferred
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Creating SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions.
Utilizing ShareGate migration software for day-to-day content migrations for SharePoint and Teams content.
Client-side development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Web Services, SOAP, REST, Ajax, jQuery, JSON, HTML, HTML5, and CSS with Responsive Design.
Mobile application development and/or UI/UX best practices.
Microsoft 365’s best practices for Knowledge Management specific to file taxonomy and content discoverability.
Utilizing SharePoint and MS Graph HTTP requests.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, the US Navy, or the Department of Defense.
