Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients in the Oil and Gas sector throughout North America.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities and generate high-quality meetings for our Business Development Directors.
Deliver compelling sales pitches over the phone, highlighting the benefits of our services and close for a meeting.
Navigate through gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers within target companies.
Maintain and update lead and account information in our CRM system.
Conduct market research and gather industry intelligence during calls.
Stay updated on industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activities.

Required
Proven experience in telemarketing, cold-calling and market research preferably in the Oil and Gas or related industrial sectors.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office 365.
Resilient and persistent in the face of rejection.
Basic understanding of the Oil and Gas industry and its terminology.
