Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other candidate interactions, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling while accommodating the availability of both candidates and hiring teams.

Communicate with potential candidates, provide them with information, answering questions, and maintaining a high level of candidate touchpoints to ensure a positive experience.

Review and screen high volume of resumes to identify top talent candidates

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and ensure data integrity.

Assist in building a strong talent pipeline by sourcing and active outreach efforts using our ATS database, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Attend weekly meetings with Regional VPs and Hiring Managers on strategic initiatives and provide updates on your open roles.

Conduct phone screens for per-diem roles.

Assist with Talent projects as needed
