Responsibilities

Receive and respond to shared inbox requests and inquiries.

Data entry.

Creation of acknowledgement letters/receipts.

Some creation of graphics as needed.

Gathering of RSVP/contact information.

Tracking and updating mailing lists / contact lists.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of experience in providing administrative support, data entry or similar.

Commitment to complete accurate data entry, as well as accurate spelling and grammar.

Ability to interface with external and internal customers in a friendly, professional manner via phone and email.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, mail-merge knowledge is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred

Preference that the person live in Austin or Dallas, TX.
