Required
Knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, industry trends, and carrier products and services
Effective time management and decision-making skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
0-2 years of related experience in an administrative or client-service role
Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint with industry knowledge in benefits administration
Quick to anticipate team client and team needs with exceptional organizational skills
