Responsibilities
Reviewing claimants’ mediation demands, synthesizing information in claimants’ demand packets, including insurance claim files, and assessing expert valuations of claims to determine proposed settlement amounts in advance of mediation.
Drafting work product summarizing claimants’ demands and analyses by claimants’ and experts concerning the valuation of the claims.

Required
NY BAR REQUIRED
adept at working in Microsoft Word and Excel
must exhibit strong analytical and writing skills
comfortable working directly with associates and partners
work evenings and weekends when required
candidates must be committed to seeing the project through to its conclusion
Preferred
experience working on mediations or mass torts is a plus
