Responsibilities

Assume full responsibility for the safety, customer experience, employee experience, quality, and cost of the Home Delivery Operation Terminal

Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the team

Build a partnership with Delivery Partners to ensure exceptional home delivery customer experience

Drive results across a comprehensive set of performance metrics

Develop team members through skill development and career pathing

Collaborate with core stakeholders to ensure building success

Champion change and continuous improvement for the team

Required

Ownership mentality and motivation to build the best team

Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

Ability to proactively identify opportunities and implement solutions; lean/six sigma a plus

Comfort with delivery routing technologies/strategies and warehouse management systems

Comfort with raw data sets as well as creating simple but useful templates in google sheets

BA/BS in management, administration, supply chain, or customer service.

5+ years working experience in fulfillment, distribution, home delivery or transportation

Preferred

Bilingual is a plus
