Required
A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales position with a background in chemicals or related industries
A university degree is not mandatory, with the hiring manager emphasizing practical experience and the candidate's ability to learn over formal education
Great drive and a winning mentality
Sales experience and the desire and ability to work with customers and sales
A desire to win new customers, and expand existing ones with a Sales Hunter mentality
Independence and the ability to prioritize effectively
Solid IT experience – and you can ensure that the team documents and reports customer activities in IT systems
The ability to identify needs and present and communicate total solutions to customers in both writing and speech
The ability to advise and educate our customers in the use of our cleaning solutions
Fluent Danish and English language skills and a valid driver’s license
Ability to sell and improve the existing business via thorough consulting (approximately 75% of the overall business is consulting activities)
Home-based role with circa 80% of time spent in the field, seeing customers
Experience selling to customers in a district, with a strong preference for those familiar with chemical or machine-related sales
Ability to fit into the existing team dynamics and learn the products
