Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting activities. Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, particularly in sectors that benefit from barcoding and warehouse productivity enhancements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive growth in the AIDC sector, with a specific emphasis on solutions that optimize warehouse operations and improve inventory accuracy and productivity.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs related to barcoding and warehouse efficiency, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the AIDC space, especially regarding barcoding and productivity solutions, to effectively position our offerings.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our AIDC solutions, emphasizing the benefits of enhanced barcoding and warehouse productivity.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and drive successful implementations of barcoding and warehouse solutions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and report on progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.

Required
3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the AIDC, technology, or related sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, particularly in barcoding and warehouse productivity solutions.
Strong understanding of AIDC technologies, including barcoding, RFID, mobile computing, and warehouse management systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM software or similar.
