Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
Identify and engage potential new clients within the territory
Manage key accounts and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volume, revenue, and customer growth.
Participate in regional and national industry events and conferences.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years in sales
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and prosthetists
Strong skills in presenting products and solutions to various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and administrators
Preferred
Experience in medical devices, prosthetics, or related healthcare industries.
Familiarity with the prosthetics industry, including products, market trends, and healthcare protocols.
