Responsibilities
Territory Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing and expanding your territory.
Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and build relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers within your region.
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from start to finish, including initiating contact, conducting in-depth consultations, and closing deals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on goals, share insights, and optimize the sales process.
Customer Success: Ensure client satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed territory performance targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.

Required
A self-starter attitude with a proven ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years of experience in a sales or territory management role, ideally in technology solutions for the restaurant industry (e.g., Toast, Resy, DoorDash, OpenTable, etc.).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for territory growth.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining alignment with broader team objectives.
Enthusiasm for innovation, startups, and delivering transformative solutions.
