Responsibilities
Exceed top-line revenue goals and key performance indicators aligning with corporate objectives.
Present product features, benefits, value analysis, and organizational history effectively during in-person sales consultations, hospital visits, workshops, tradeshows, and to identified stakeholders.
Identify and accelerate new sales opportunities while profiling ideal champions to facilitate the adoption and utilization of products, including neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and those responsible for vendor approval.
Develop accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Identify activities to enhance and drive the sales process within the territory.
Demonstrate proficiency and mentorship in gaining clinical support, educating on products, and navigating approval processes through advanced sales skills and effective objection handling techniques.
Utilize sales tools and best practices to enhance stakeholder presentations while increasing sales productivity and successfully closing opportunities.
Leverage CRM systems for account planning, leads, and opportunities while nurturing the sales pipeline and providing reliable business intelligence.
Submit all necessary paperwork, including travel itineraries, trip reports, activity reports, monthly reports, expense reports, and service reports accurately and on time.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business studies from an accredited institution or relevant work experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the medical device industry; experience in neurosurgery or radiation oncology is a significant advantage.
Strong ability to create and manage key internal and external partnerships.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in issue resolution.
Ability to multi-task and operate with minimal direction.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of working well with all functional levels.
Extensive experience managing complex and lengthy sales cycles with healthcare providers.
Effective communication skills for presenting information to management, business partners, and customers.
Strong market analysis, strategic planning, leadership, and team-building capabilities.
Customer and patient-focused, with the ability to engage, collaborate constructively, demonstrate consistency, act compliantly, show creativity, and add value.
