Responsibilities

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand market presence in assisted living facilities, LTC organizations, and hospice care providers.
Lead the sales efforts for SaaS solutions, focusing on aligning offerings with the unique needs of senior care providers and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior living facility administrators, hospice directors, and LTC decision-makers to identify and address operational challenges.
Leverage an extensive network in the senior care and hospice sectors to drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell advanced SaaS features and solutions.
Collaborate closely with customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
Identify and penetrate new regions and underserved markets in the senior care sector, with a specific focus on Florida.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regional regulations to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Track and analyze key sales metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention rates.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years selling SaaS solutions or healthcare services to senior living facilities, LTC organizations, or hospice care providers.
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in healthcare or senior care markets.
Experience selling healthcare technology solutions that address operational workflows in senior care and hospice settings.
Extensive connections with decision-makers in assisted living, LTC, and hospice sectors.
Deep understanding of LTC, assisted living care operations, and hospice workflows, with the ability to align solutions to their unique challenges.
Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions that drive operational improvements.
Experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Familiarity with healthcare SaaS platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital tools for client engagement and sales tracking.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations to healthcare executives.
