Responsibilities
Initiate and lead large contractor conversion sales opportunities
Conduct product and technical training to Contractor and Distributor personnel
Present the Resideo story at dealer meetings, trade shows and other industry events
Gather competitive intelligence and market trends/insights
Conduct 'opportunity advancing sales calls' with Contractors and Distributors
Prospect for potential new customers
Campaign Management
Customer Reporting

Required
2+ years of sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, or other trade-related sales experience preferred)
A valid driver's license
Preferred
Customer Relations Management (CRM) software experience
A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices
Excellent team and communication skills
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
The ability to influence at the operational level
An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
Significant experience in selling (industrial) products
Deep technical expertise
Understanding of Resideo products and the competitive landscape
