Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective relationships with prospective and existing clients
Work closely with the regional sales and underwriting team
Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and demos to promote Hourly's payroll software solutions to potential customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach campaigns, lead-generation activities, and referrals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and contracts that meet client needs and regulatory requirements
Actively participate in team meetings and product training sessions to stay abreast of current trends and developments in the payroll software industry
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and respond quickly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

Sales experiencePayroll processesMicrosoft Office Suite

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field required
2+ years of insurance carrier, wholesale or retail agency experience in customer service, sales or similar roles
Knowledge of workers’ comp is required
Strong understanding of payroll and finance processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Upholds ethical and professional standards at all times

Experience working and partnering with insurance agencies
