Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Engage with new and existing customers, distributors and responding to leads and seeking out new opportunities for Haeger products.
Maintain good relationships between our distributors and fabrication customers within the territory via, visits, sales calls, and joint meetings to promote the Haeger product line.
Identify the best machine for an application and create proposals, follow up, and maintain opportunities within Salesforce.
Facilitate technical training to distribution and fabrication customers.
Technical knowledge and troubleshooting of the machine required.
Identify and target areas of opportunity to support customer needs and overall growth of the territory.
Collaborate with internal teams to assist manufacturers with selecting the best fastener design and use for their application.
Must be comfortable working with fabricators and engaging at all levels of their workforce including engineering, management, and production.
Maintain opportunity and account plans in Salesforce CRM tool with weekly updates and opportunity tracking tools.
Collaborate with the sales team detailing activities and opportunities within a given territory.
Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly sales meetings providing feedback on the territory performance and voice of customers.
Nature of the position requires a large portion of time to be spent at the customer within the territory supporting customers and distributors installation needs.
Travel throughout the territory on an ongoing basis with overnight travel as required.

Motivated and excited individual to be a part of the Haeger Sales Team
Promote and support Haeger products and installation equipment functions
Interact and own the relationship at key fabricators with management, engineering, and production
