Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business prospects in the concrete industry
Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Manage the sales process from lead generation to delivery and post-sale follow-up
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Stay informed on industry trends and changes, and effectively communicate this information to the team
Participate in trade shows and events to network with potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise

Required
2 Years of education after high school
A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the concrete industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals
Comprehensive understanding of the concrete industry and related products
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
