Responsibilities
Provide testing and analysis of complex systems to ensure compliance with requirements and performance in production.
Lead and take ownership of automated testing processes, contribute to the design and maintenance of the test automation framework.
Independently develop various test scripts using applicable tools, create test scenarios, and execute tests.
Analyze test results, identify performance root causes, write test reports, and recommend system improvements.
Coordinate with testers and developers to resolve test problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend requirements gathering meetings, focus on end-to-end pipeline health, and produce detailed testing documents.
Develop testing status reporting tools and methods, high-quality automation test engineering best practices, and provide regular communication across stakeholders.
Work to continuously improve, understand, visualize, and manage dependencies.

Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience testing web-based applications (performance, functional, behavioral, API, and 508)
A bachelor's degree in computer engineering. With eight years of general IT experience and 4 year’s experience in analysis, design, and development, a degree is not required.
4+ years of test automation experience
Experienced testing APIs; Experienced conducting User Acceptance Testing with users, collecting inputs from users, and supporting users with potential workaround
Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking
Demonstrated experience working on large integration systems and executing large-scale projects with large data sets from conception through implementation
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance residing in the United States
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence
Strong knowledge of JSP/Servlet technology
Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an agile environment
