Responsibilities
Understanding of Automation Concepts : The candidate should have a solid understanding of test automation concepts.
Analytical Skills : The ability to analyze complex requirements, identify automation needs, and devise strategies for automation provisioning. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to address challenges related to quality, availability, and security.
Java Experience : Proficiency in working with Java, familiarity with reading and writing JASON Scripts and other technologies commonly used in the test automation process.

Required
5+ years’ experience in Java based Automation testing with strong technical and analytical skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to the different test automation applications
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business stakeholders
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize workloads and meet assignment deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with others and establish working relationships across the company with a strong customer service focus and facilitation skills
Preferred
Experience working in Agile development environments
Familiarity with Agile principles and practices like Scrum or Kanban
Experience using JIRA
