Responsibilities

Develop testing scenarios and procedures to comprehensively assess engineering solutions in L2 or above autonomous driving system

Independently bring up vehicle, perform in-car testing and record test results

Provide reliable and consistent judgment of product quality from the perspective of end user based on evidence collected from road test

Work with operation team to arrange logistics for testing

Report product issues in a timely and structured manner using issue management system (JIRA)

Required

Experience with testing and validating L2 or above functionality of autonomous driving vehicles, including adaptive cruise control, active lane keep assist, active lane change assist, traffic sign assist, etc.

Proven track record of creating test plans, executing test cases to collect product health metric and reporting it back with detailed documentation

High level understanding of AV software component stack and core algorithms

Ability to travel frequently for field testing

Excellent communication skills

Valid driver’s license

Tech savvy and able to learn tools fast
