Responsibilities

Defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets developmental tests for new and/or modified products or product components.

Investigates and resolves operational problems, providing technical support and advice to other engineering groups.

Guides and directs lower-level personnel on test set-up and performance.

Tests software changes integrated with existing software and systems to ensure successful implementation.

Acts as a liaison with outside suppliers and devises testing procedures for parts received from vendors.

Participates in the development and maintenance of internal quality control and reliability programs.

Establishes, implements, executes, and documents software test efforts for knowledge portal applications.

Coordinates necessary engineering actions, resource planning, and scheduling to maintain a test bed environment for portal/web-based applications.

Required

A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or any other Scientific or Technical discipline is required.

3 years’ experience.

AT Level 1 training (must be completed within 30 days of hire)

iWATCH Training (must be completed within 30 days of hire)

US citizenship required.

Ability to obtain/maintain US Secret clearance required.

Preferred

Current or previous experience as a Biometrics Automated Toolset-Army Test Engineer
