Test Engineer

Responsibilities
Perform product testing.
Write test reports and conclusions.
Provide technical expertise in testing, experimental design, and failure analysis.
Create test plans and schedules for product validation in new product development.
Design, layout, and build new test equipment.
Lead troubleshooting efforts with RMA pumps and collaborate with engineers.
Develop and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and lab documentation.
Work with hand/power tools, machinery, and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
Complete all other assigned duties.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on work experience as Test/Reliability Engineer, Development Engineer or similar.
Experience in designing and building of plumbing, pneumatic, and electrical schemes.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Interpersonal skills working in a team setting and participating in cross-functional teams.
Ability to effectively communicate research processes, findings, and conclusions.
LabView / National Instruments or other data acquisition knowledge.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred
Experience in PLC programming and instrumentation.
SolidWorks or equivalent 3-D design experience.
Basic Machine shop experience.
Knowledge of fluid dynamics.
Knowledge of electromechanical systems.
