Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases, perform manual and commissioning tests on-site, and lead Factory Acceptance Testing with customers

Identify, log, and track defects in Jira, working closely with developers to ensure resolution

Utilise SQL and XML to support testing, troubleshooting, and configuration for automated testing

Actively participate in team meetings and assist the Test Manager in tracking and reporting test progress using TestRail

Install and update WCS and supporting software on test environments and production servers using Azure DevOps

Document testing processes, and best practices, and train customers while supporting customer testing activities
