Responsibilities

Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II.
Coach Test Engineers in the interviewing/hiring process.
Identify individual and team strengths and development needs.
Establish clear measurable goals and objectives for the team.
Provide ongoing coaching and counseling to team members.
Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics.
Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.
Define, develop, and implement Test Engineering strategies.
Perform duties involving conventional engineering practices.
Manage the engineering test function for standard and/or custom devices.
Compile and document data necessary to analyze performance.
Assist in the development of special test equipment and software text programs.
Provide training and assist test engineers.
Explore new avenues and test technologies for quality improvements.
Perform detailed analysis on test quality of product assigned.
Monitor all NPI activities.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
