Responsibilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience clearly communicating with developers, product analyst, customers and managers
Strong experience with automated testing tools and methods
Ability to review and translate business user specifications/User Stories into Test Cases
Ability to clearly explain technical issues and processes to team members, software vendors and potentially other DOT's, and manage testing support needed until issues are resolved or work-arounds are identified.
Ability to work independently, managing own work task and deadlines, and coordinating team participation with others to complete testing assignments
Ability to organize and manage a central repository of Test Cases, and ability to migrate existing MS Excel test documentation to a centralized tool
Experience working in a SCRUM software development and support team
General knowledge of IT and software development best practices
Familiarity with data models and ability to read them and research data relationships
Knowledge of any of the following: MS Power Automate, SQL,C#, .NET, python, PowerShell, command line or similar, to automate task and make work more efficient.
Strong experience using MS Azure DevOps, MS Teams, O365 applications, MS Office Suite applications, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive
General familiarity with change management processes in an enterprise, multi-stage environment (ServiceNow exp preferred or similar)
Experience with Windows Server/Desktop maintenance including installing applications,analyzing application logs
CloudServices experience like AWS or Azure
Ability to work well in a virtual team
