Responsibilities
Lead data quality initiatives by defining, implementing, and executing data quality processes and frameworks tailored to P&C insurance requirements.
Perform hands-on technical testing and validation of data quality, with a focus on data automation and ETL processes.
Design, develop, and implement automated data validation and quality control checks.
Use Microsoft Fabric or Purview to enhance data governance, monitoring, and cataloging across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce and integrate new data quality tools, ensuring seamless adoption and efficient operation.
Troubleshoot data quality issues and establish effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
Mentor and guide team members on best practices for data quality engineering and automation techniques.

Required
Must possess a Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited institution.
Must have valid work authorization that does not currently and/or will not require future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Sogeti-Capgemini.
Have experience in the P&C insurance industry.
5+ years of experience in data quality engineering or a related technical field, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead role.
2+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry is required.
Strong hands-on experience in data automation, with proficiency in implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
Expertise with Microsoft Fabric or Purview, including configuration and operational management.
Shown experience with data testing frameworks and automation tools.
Proven understanding of ETL pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing principles.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to tackle complex data quality challenges.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience in implementing new data quality tools in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages used in data quality and automation.
