Responsibilities
Manage and lead day-to-day testing activities to ensure successful completion of test events.
Develop and coordinate test strategies and plans with the Government Test Manager to address work breakdown structure, test architecture, schedules, deliverables, required resources, risk assessments, and quality control.
Serve as a liaison between the Test Team, T&E Management, the Government Test Manager, Product Manager, and Functional Area Management Teams.
Maintain situational awareness of issues that may impact team performance and inform relevant stakeholders appropriately.
Understand the architecture and configuration of test environments and define frameworks for test engagements, including identifying types of tests and objectives.
Analyze technical documents (e.g., design, requirements, diagrams) to gain a deep understanding of test engagement requirements.
Train and assist test analysts in developing and executing test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and user stories.
Document and track test events in test management tools for planning, execution, and reporting phases.
Facilitate daily and weekly internal and external status meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions to ensure the team is informed and risks are identified early.
Forecast future test events, including scope, complexity, requirements breakdown, projected hours, risks, and assumptions.
Provide support regarding application and environment risks, system architecture, software delivery processes, and scheduling impacts.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering field with at least 2 years of relevant Health IT Testing experience (or 4 years of experience without a degree).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Kanban credentials, or ISTQB Agile Tester Certification.
Experience managing and leading testing activities for multiple sustainment and new development releases in multiple test environments.
Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, with expertise in tools such as Jira.
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM solutions.
Experience in developing, implementing, and managing test cases, scripts, scenarios, and user stories.
Ability to create and use Requirements Traceability matrices for scope management and defect tracking.
Knowledge of automated test tools such as Selenium and Cucumber, and performance test tools like JMeter.
Experience with DevSecOps concepts.
Preferred
Familiarity with all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for ACAT I or ACAT III systems.
