Responsibilities

As UAT Test Lead, associate will manage the entire UAT team, perform internal review on process & strategy before review.

Manage all workstreams for the team members, review all deliverables to ensure quality.

Setup collaboration channels & protocols with all interfacing project & support teams.

Serve as primary Point of Contact for customer project owner & program management teams regarding project status.

Associate will spend 50% of time in performing tasks of UAT Lead and remaining 50% of time in performing tasks of UAT Senior Analyst/ UAT Analyst

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional with 10 - 15 years of experience in performing Quality Assurance / User Acceptance Testing.

Subject Matter Expertise in HealthCare domain (including subject matter expertise on Pharmacy and hands on experience with ScriptMed Cloud / ScriptMed Enterprise platform).

Lead Requirement Analysis, perform internal review of all kinds of UAT test artefacts.

Manage Test Coordination within and across teams, review configuration of Test Management & Defect Management tools.

Review & monitor delivery status, track & review progress.

Lead Project Status Reporting, drive Risk Identification & Mitigation, and review & establish best practices for Test Design & Test Execution techniques.
