Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 online test prep and/or tutoring prep sessions.
Provide personalized guidance and feedback to maximize students’ test scores.
Communicate with students’ parents and admissions counselors on progress.

Required
BA/BS from a top 50 college/university; a master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in test preparation instruction.
Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and tackle responsibilities with enthusiasm.
Proven track record of student score improvement.
Familiarity with 1:1 online tutoring techniques and tools.
Preferred
99th percentile scores on SAT/ACT
