Responsibilities
• Creator Recruitment & Management: Establish and expand the creator community in SEA by continuously recruiting and streamlining the onboarding process for high-potential creators. Design and refine incentive plans to maintain creator engagement via both online and offline channels, fostering a thriving community.
• Platform Content Ecosystem Management: Strategize and manage a localized content ecosystem, define content directions for the creator community, and support high-quality content production to increase the quantity, quality, diversity, and impact of UGC.
• User-Generated Content (UGC) Expertise: Leverage deep insights into UGC dynamics, trends, and best practices to foster a thriving creator ecosystem that resonates with platform audiences and aligns with Sky's brand voice and objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and localization teams to ensure creator activities align with the overall branding strategy and support the successful execution of campaigns.
• Data-driven Market Analysis: Analyze content performance and market trends to provide timely feedback on ecosystem strategy, optimizing creator engagement and content output.

Required
5+ years of experience in content operations or creator management, with extensive knowledge of UGC ecosystems within Sky or similar social games.
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive the efficient execution of creator campaigns.
Strong awareness of local market trends and user preferences, with a deep understanding of Sky’s brand value, to guide creators in producing content that aligns with audience interests.
Familiarity with the SEA market and experience in cross-time-zone communication to effectively coordinate global resources.
Bilingual in English and a language of the SEA region is a must.
Preferred
Proficiency in using TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other content platforms, along with experience in cross-platform content operations and creator management.
Established relationships with local and global creators and influencers, with a demonstrated ability to quickly build a creator network.
Experience in content planning or original content production, with the ability to provide practical guidance to creators.
