Responsibilities
Active participation in developing and executing the Third-Party Risk Management Program.
Collaborating with internal teams to respond to security questionnaires and customer inquiries promptly.
Maintaining an accurate inventory of information related to Information Security programs.
Executing, monitoring, and refining various processes from customer engagements to application reviews and compliance with legislation.
Working cross-functionally with business teams, legal, privacy, and engineering departments.
Assisting in the structured evaluation of potential vendors and service providers.
Coordinating the collection of necessary security documentation and compliance evidence.
Analyzing information to assess the risk profile of third parties.
Evaluating the security posture and GRC practices of vendors and service providers.
Assisting in negotiating contracts with third parties to include appropriate security requirements.
Maintaining up-to-date records of third-party risk assessments and compliance status.
Supporting incident response efforts related to third-party incidents, breaches, or security events.
Contributing to the implementation of the new TPRM system and process automation.

Required
1-2+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, Vendor Management, or experience in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC)
1-2+ years of experience in Information Security/Cybersecurity, or Network/System Administration
A track record in third-party risk management and vendor assessment processes
Familiarity of industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC1/2 etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC
