Responsibilities

Provide expert tips, advice, and solutions

Troubleshoot technically complex issues

Represent Cellebrite Support on digital forensic forums

Continually push for product improvements

Provide technical expertise to group members

Troubleshoot, investigate, reproduce issues

Manage bugs with R&D to ensure timely fixes in minor/major releases

Establish and maintain processes, procedures, documentation

Required

At least three years in a digital forensics role, but not an expert in extraction

Strong background in cloud infrastructure, especially in AWS

Background in decoding and analytics software

Experience with Cellebrite Physical Analyzer and Pathfinder products

Strong background in databases and NoSQL databases (MongoDB and/or Elastic Search)

Strong background in IT infrastructure (DNS, Active Directory)

Strong background in networking

Hands-on technical expertise in any of the following areas: Operating systems (Windows/Linux/Android/iOS), Scripting and coding (bash/Python/C#), File and database structures, Analysis tools (HEX reader, SQL)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written communication and verbal skills

Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and reproducing issues in lab

Experience with providing solutions and workarounds
