Responsibilities
Process and Track to closure Tool Engineering requests for design, build, and alteration. Input xClass requests for required correspondence.
Request and coordinate quotes from various suppliers (responses, capital, PO, etc.). Support ACE efforts for Tool Engineering.
Keep request workflows up to date with the latest schedule and cost data.
Assist with the quoting of tool design, procurement, alteration, calibration, and repair.
Submit requests for capital funding per provided eCAR and supplier quotes.
Perform inventory validation/audit of Customer Owned tools.
Validate/audit accurate tool marking (serialization, capacities, customer owned data, etc.)
Must have strong blueprint reading skills.
Must have strong communication skills.
Teambuilding and collaboration are very important.
Must be proficient with the Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.) and SAP
Must have strong overall computer skills
Must be adaptive, energetic, self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask, Teamwork, collaborating with team.
US Citizenship required due to ITAR restrictions
