Responsibilities
Identify individual and team strengths and development needs.
Perform personnel reviews with direct reports.
Manage all tool planned preventative maintenance and toolroom supplies.
Coordinate with engineering personnel, customers, and vendors for tooling needs.
Initiate tooling repairs and replacements to maintain production efficiency.
Lead by example and demonstrate commitment to customer service.
Exchange knowledge with other facilities to ensure best practices.
Adhere to safety and health regulations and company security policy.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred; and five years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of engineering disciplines including chemistry, mechanical, electrical, and industrial, as it pertains to design, manufacturing, and general machine work.
Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and communicate regarding common scientific and/or technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Advanced PC and Microsoft skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cycle times, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
