Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our biospecimens and testing services footprint across the US and globally.
Identify, target, and engage with potential clients in life sciences, biotech, pharma, government and related industries.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively generating and closing new business opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and R&D, to deliver client-centric solutions.
Represent iProcess at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Required
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the biospecimens, testing services, or life sciences sector.
Strong network within biotech, pharma, and/or life sciences industries.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience in global sales is a strong plus.
Advanced degree preferred.
