Responsibilities
Develop and implement test strategies and plans
Lead the automation testing efforts using Tosca
Create and maintain automated test scripts
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration
Conduct test execution and report on test results
Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
Mentor and guide QA team members
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices

Required
Proven experience as a QA Lead with a focus on Tosca automation
Strong understanding of software testing principles methodologies and best practices
Hands-on experience with Tosca automation tools and frameworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring QA teams

Selenium: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Dallas, TX 75234: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Experience with other automation tools and frameworks
Knowledge of software development lifecycle SDLC
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Test automation: 1 year (Preferred)
