Responsibilities

Identifies, researches, analyzes, makes recommendations and supports potential mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to support the organization's growth objectives.

Makes recommendations regarding the impact of possible mergers, acquisitions and divestitures on the organization's associate experience, culture and profitability.

Conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by potential acquisition targets.

Creates analytical and visualization tools for decision making.

Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

Makes decisions regarding own work methods, in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.

Follows established guidelines/procedures and recommends process improvements.

M&A experienceAdvanced ExcelBI skillsSelf-motivating

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, HR or business concentration

2+ years of experience with integration and execution while navigating high levels of multitasking

Advanced Excel and/or BI skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving incoming Associate experiences

Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the business need

Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to adapt to business environmental change

Intense sense of curiosity

Highly organized and self-motivating

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multi-levels of Leadership, Colleagues and Stakeholders
