Responsibilities

Review and analyze Employee Compliance cases to identify root causes of non-compliance.

Conduct thorough investigations to gather facts and evidence to support findings.

Determine appropriate corrective actions to bring employees back into compliance.

Develop and implement corrective action plans, including training and coaching for employees.

Track and monitor employee progress towards compliance.

Identify trends and patterns of non-compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, management, and other departments to resolve compliance issues.

Maintain accurate records and reports of compliance cases, including case files, incident reports, and metrics.

Provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and procedures.

Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.

5+ years of experience working within Employee Trade Compliance

Prior experience clearing alerts from a backlog issue
