Responsibilities

Assist with account-based marketing initiatives, including targeted campaigns and outreach.
Support partnership marketing efforts, fostering relationships and co-marketing opportunities.
Manage and submit applications for industry awards and recognition programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team on a variety of tasks, such as content creation, social media management, and email campaigns.
Trade show event Planning: Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules, aligning with goals and event objectives. Develop and execute pre-show and post-show marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and pricing.
Logistics Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects of the tradeshow, including venue setup, AV equipment, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
Attendee Management: Oversee attendee registration, ticketing, communications, and special requests, ensuring a smooth and organized experience.
Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from attendees, vendors, and stakeholders; analyze event outcomes to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Travel- Ability to travel on a monthly basis.

Required

Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications or similar
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams
Problem-solving abilities and flexibility to address unexpected challenges
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events
Previous experience with a successful track record of managing frequent tradeshows and events
Ability to travel on a monthly basis

Preferred

3+ years' experience in marketing or administration
